    Riders under 18 supply parent/guardians full name and riders age. For all new clients supply information about rider and horse.

Withdrawals
* If an attendee cancels before the times have been allocated they will be refunded minus £10 admin fee.
*If an attendee cancels after the times have been allocated for the training date and the place is filled with another rider, they will receive a refund minus £10 admin fee. If the space can not be filled there will be no refund.

*In the unlikely event of a clinic been cancelled, a refund minus £5 admin will be offered or a transfer to another clinic.
*If a clinic has to be postponed because of COVID-19, a refund minus £5 admin will be offered or a transfer to another clinic.
*All horses must have full vaccinations.
*Participants must have their own third party insurance if you belong to a PC, RC, BE, BS or BD you will be covered.
*The organisers accept no responsibility whatsoever for any loss, injury, accident or damage to person/s and or animal/s whilst at this event.
*Horse Riding is an outdoor sport therefore you must be committed to ride in all conditions. Please ensure that your clothing is suitable for the weather
*Lessons will
go ahead in all weather conditions unless deemed unsafe.

XC Clinics
*A jockey skull cap, with no fixed peak, must 
be worn and must meet one of the standards below:

- PAS 015* 
- VG1 01.040 2014-12 *

- with BSI Kitemark or Inspec IC Mark
*Body protectors must be worn with an air jacket (unless you have a P2-RS) must be BETA approved and appropriately labeled level 3 body protector manufactures in the year of 2000 or after.
